About Parilline™
The concept of Parilline was formed in 2023. When Lee was introduced to the cross-training world, while watching his children engage in their elite fitness journey, it became immediately clear that the element of isometric holds to engage and build muscle tension was critical for strength gain. Lee, and his son Jack, were able to hone into this dynamic and create a piece of workout equipment that optimized range of motion and extended workout times.
The rationale and inspiration for this device stems from the fusing of static holds and short explosive movements, allowing for the isolation of the core as well as the rest of the upper body. The movements follow a time under tension model, resulting in increased muscle endurance. Whether you want to incorporate Parilline within another workout move or approach a recovery workout, Parilline covers the full spectrum of workout strategies.
Lee and Jack approached Nick Urankar, four-time CrossFit Games competitor, who at the time was training to make his third appearance at the CrossFit Games, to evaluate the device. After a year of perfecting the device in order to maximize its effects, the prototype was developed. In Nick’s words “This was something I didn’t know I needed, until I had it and I realized what I was missing.”
Like most aspects of life, good balance and a solid core are key components to success, and the mission of Parilline is to find that success. Whether you are a novice or an elite athlete, the beauty of Parilline is its ability to aid in any fitness journey. By targeting and overloading specific muscle groups, Parilline will help you grasp the next level of fitness.
